Expected duration: Ongoing MagnatesMedia creates 'mini movies' about the stories of famous companies and entrepreneurs. We are looking for a talented writer to help us tell these fascinating business stories.
Our YouTube channel has around 1 million subscribers, so this is an opportunity to have your work be seen by a large audience, as your scripts will be used for our 'mini movie' videos.
This is a remote freelance position that can be done from anywhere in the world.
The hours are completely flexible, and you can take on as many projects as you want (deadlines are also flexible). If you would like, this can become very regular work.
Pay is competitive and can increase further the more we work together.
You would research a topic (for example, the story of a large company, such as Apple), then create a compelling script to tell the chronological story of the company.
We are NOT looking for you to write an essay / Wikipedia article. A good story has emotion - sometimes that may be the highs and lows an entrepreneur faced, challenges they overcame, or controversy/drama the company was involved with. The key is to tell the story in the most interesting way, whilst still making sure everything is fact checked and accurate.
Please search 'MagnatesMedia' on YouTube for some examples of the specific style we are looking for. It is crucial you watch a couple of popular videos on our channel to fully understand exactly what we're aiming for with these scripts.

2. Ability to fact check and verify the information is correct.
