People go on there to read about mortgages etc. We've currently got a contact form but I think we're missing out on opportunities. Depending on which page the viewer was looking at, if a form came across if they've been on a page for a set number of time, this would lead into Zoho and the users of the CRM can see which page the user was looking at when they made an enquiry
The users of the portal are mortgage brokers. I would like them to be able to login and see a list of current available enquiries but not able to see contact details until they have taken the enquiry
Once they have taken the enquiry they can change the status of the enquiry to contact attempted, contact made, decision in principle obtained, mortgage application submitted, mortgage offered, completed. There's probably a few others I've forgotten! But once the stage has changed it enables automated emails to get sent out to the client relevant to the stage they are at.
To existing clients on the database it would be nice to be able to send them monthly newsletters or update them when we've published a new blog for example
As mortgages are often have a set fixed period until people have to remortgage, it would be nice to have automation to remind clients around 6 months before, 5 months before etc before their current fixed rate finishes
I'm unsure on a budget on this as i'm just trying to obtain quotes. If i've missed anything or you need any further information, please don't hesitate to reach out
