Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone. - Provide accurate and comprehensive information about GeoDomeX products, addressing customer questions and concerns. - Handle customer complaints and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and escalate complex issues as required. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer support software Hubspot. - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and patience. - Familiarity with GeoDomeX products or a strong willingness to learn about our unique offerings. - Proficient in using email, live chat platforms, and phone systems. - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately convey product information. - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as customer service may be required during these times. - Ability to work remotely from home and manage own work schedule effectively, as we offer flexible working arrangements.
