We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our small team as a Customer Service Agent for GeoDomeX. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through email, live chat, and phone channels. Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone. - Provide accurate and comprehensive information about GeoDomeX products, addressing customer questions and concerns. - Handle customer complaints and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and escalate complex issues as required. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer support software Hubspot. - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and patience. - Familiarity with GeoDomeX products or a strong willingness to learn about our unique offerings. - Proficient in using email, live chat platforms, and phone systems. - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately convey product information. - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as customer service may be required during these times. - Ability to work remotely from home and manage own work schedule effectively, as we offer flexible working arrangements.
