I have an issue with some of my Amazon EU listings. Amazon keeps deactivating them with this message being sent to me 'Listings deactivated due to potential pricing error'
We have detected potential pricing errors in your amazon.es product listings. We have deactivated the listings mentioned at the bottom of this message in accordance with Amazon's Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy, to ensure a positive selling experience for you, and to prevent any negative customer experience.
For more information on deactivated listing and to fix pricing errors, visit Pricing Health page in Seller Central. These will have all inactive offers due to a pricing error for a seller. For items with excessive shipping fees relative to the product price, visit Shipping Settings to update your shipping templates.
In order to reactivate your listings, please consider the following:
Visit Pricing Health page by clicking on the link above. You can also go to Pricing Health section in your Seller Central account by selecting Pricing, followed by selecting Pricing Health from the menu bar. If pertinent, update your offer price to a price that is in accordance to Amazon's Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy. You can also consider the reference prices provided. Please note that not all products will have this information available. Please keep in mind Amazon fees when setting a price to avoid pricing errors or to prevent selling items at a loss. You cannot list the items at a price in excess of 270.000 EUR except for collectibles.
My prices are correct, they are not inflated, I own the brand and I am the only seller on Amazon UK and EU. The same products sell fine at the same price on Amazon UK, FR and DE. The main issue is ES and IT.
There is no sale price or RRP set, just the normal selling price which has been the same for about 4 years with no issues. I have tried setting min/max prices but it doesn't work.
I need an Amazon expert who knows about this issue and how it can be fixed.
