I am searching for a freelancer to help me digitise / automate some processes within our small business.
The first area is around recuritment / induction of drivers. We currently have a very onerous set of forms that need to be completed and scanned (as part of the application or induction phase) Ideally I want to bring all of these online using some webforms (perhaps hosted on a webpage - I have an account with A2 hosting which has a cPanel) I am hoping that there is then some sort of way to get all of these eforms to import into a HR system, such as BreatheHR.
Ideally this process will automate and create actions such as emails/texts to the applicant at each stage of the process.
If/when we appoint the individual we will have other work flows that need to happen, such as -
- offer letter - contract - handbook - training
Again, currently this process is very manual and I am trying to remove as much of that as possible and eliminate paper.
I am looking to work with someone that has done something simialr and that can recommend tools (such as Zapier) to help us create a really slick set up.
