We are looking to partner with a freelancer on an ongoing basis to help manage the HR aspects of our business. This would involve -
1) Initially helping to set up our BreatheHR account, setting up of all company related parameters, uploading contracxts and handbooks etc 2) Managing the HR admin process ongoing, so issuing offers, contracts, handbooks, sending training reminders
I do not need the HR person to be legally trained in HR, but some expereince with the above, especially BreatheHR would be good. We have a HR consultant that advises us on all the legal aspects.You will be working alongside myself.
We're a small business with les than 10 employees and pretty low turnover of staff. I would estimate that there is 10-20 hours in the inital set up and then a few hours a month ongoing.
