We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of QuickBooks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of our financial operations using QuickBooks Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Prepare and process payroll for our team members Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
