Weird intermittent issue with a Wordpress blog category's RSS feed after switching to Kadence theme based website.
The email automation (ConvertKit) relies on the LastBuildDate and PublishDate XML tags to determine when a new post has been added and needs to be sent via email to all email subscribers.
Usually the client can write some blog posts and schedule them in Wordpress in advance and the LastBuildDate will update when the post is published, meaning the ConvertKit automation works.
BUT. sometimes the LastBuildDate does not update when the PublishDate for latest post is added and the emails are not automatically sent by ConvertKit.
We need someone to reproduce, isolate and troubleshoot the issue and come up with a fix.
Worst case scenario we would need a custom RSS feed created for this Wordpress category's feed where the LastBuildDate is always calculated / updated correctly.
