I have a shopify site that is 90% done but I need someone to do some custom work on the theme

we need to get the filters set up so that the data is pulled from tags. ideally this would be done through some coding but I would be okay with installing an app as long as its free or $5 per month at the most.
2.
currently the picture that we upload on each collection page is used for the picture on the top of the collection page and is also used for the picture on the main brand page. but these are different size images so we need them to be different
also for the picture on the top of the collection page I want the text that goes on the top of the picture to be the same as the name of the collection
if this is not possible then remove the automatic text that gets added on the picture
also need to set up the brand page so I can choose which collections go on this page
3.
need you to install an app so that the blog posts are automatically pulled from a wordpress blog
4.
make sure instagram feed on home page works
5.
set up paypal and make sure the paypal button goes in the right place
6.
change some of the font styles throughout the site
