About us: Award-winning training academy in Botox and Dermal fillers
We are looking for someone personable and efficient to work alongside team members in the sales and administration of our aesthetic training courses. The position is well suited to someone outgoing and friendly, able to take bookings and manage customer engagement through phone and email. They will also be able to support our social media and design marketing (Canva and Mailchimp). Must love make phone calls and chatting to our customers and are not afraid to come forward with ideas!
- Must come from a strong sales background and possess a proven track record of converting opportunities into sales - Hosts the ability to speak with customers (phone and email) in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge - Not afraid to get stuck in and help the team, and not afraid of making calls to our delegates, a natural people person internally and externally! - Will be commission driven/ strive towards targets and goals - Can demonstrate advanced product/ company knowledge - Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures - Has the skills to build positive relationships with other team members - Holds strong administrative skills - Has data entry and record-keeping abilities - Can design newsletters and MailChimp campaigns - Can you Canva design - Social media skills an advantage but not essential
SALARY AND REQUIRED HOURS:
This is freelance home-based role. Approximately 30hrs per month is distributed throughout core working hours (9am- 6pm) in order to speak with customers on the phone and follow up on any leads with a level of urgency. £12 per hour base rate plus a very attractive commission package
