I'm looking for someone to cover between 5-10 hours of work per a week for me working remotely. More hours will come available if interested.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Listing items to Ebay and other similar platforms (1stDibs, Design Market) - Message/update drivers and customers about deliveries - Help with writing descriptions for products - Adding sales and stock to spreadsheets - Some light QuickBooks work (Mainly categorising transactions) - General administrative duties
We can share Business WhatsApp for any customer messages, but your own phone would be a benefit. I use Google for my spreadsheets and documents, so a good understanding of google workspace would be good.
Training is provided with video footage for any areas you need clarification.
Please message me why you would be suitable for the role and give an example of tasks you completed that are similar to the brief above. I'm not looking for someone to do just the essential admin work but someone who can use their own initiative at times and who has a good understanding of how a business works.
Also, include how much pay you will require for your work.
