I haven't had any dealings or experiences of a CRM but understand the concept and advantages.
I am in the process of having a new website built via Yell and I believe they use the WIX website.
I would like to integrate hubspot chat into the website, create a form to capture customer details and input this into the CRM.
I use a company called Bark which generates leads and it is possible to integrate into hubspot.
I will receive leads for a few categories artificial grass, fencing, driveways etc. I would like to split the leads into their appropriate categories.
Then the sales pipeline would begin:
1. The chat will be replied to by a call centre to make contact, check details for a sample pack and let them know a further call to make an appointment.
2. I call make an appoinment.
3. Visit site.
4. Quote sent
5. follow up call
6. Decision
7. If yes then details are available for the installers
So 3 users Admin, Call Centre, Installers
I think you will understand what I'm trying to achieve
