We would like to notify you about the new contract I know it expired already a year ago in March 2022 We didn’t want to increase the rates but after the war in Ukraine started, things changed drastically Unfortunately, we are not able to keep the price with similar conditions The rent price will increase to 1650 euro Additionally to the contract monthly, we will need to charge you additional expenses per month : 1. Electricity:250(up or down) 2. Rates: approximately:76 3. Bins:15-20 monthly 4. Cleaning: hourly as before 5. Internet: Vodafone failover and Virgin Media:30 6. Gas:20(up and down) 7. Management fee:30 euro
