We are looking to engage with a HUBSPOT SPECIALIST to drive forward the development, usage, management and reporting.
We already have Hubspot as a CRM which works well across parts of our business. We need to develop this to the next stage so all aspects of our business can benefit. As a Hubspot Specialist you will already know Hubspot inside out. Now we need to map our processes, data points, reporting requirements, pinch points and integration so we can track a client’s journey with us from point of sale to customer satisfaction. You will have advanced knowledge around the HubSpot technology capability, in terms of how it can be configured to solve business problems, how it integrates with other systems, creating opportunities for efficiencies, data management, reporting and automation across our CRM platform. No two days are the same as no two clients are the same, so you will need to demonstrate collaborative working with key stakeholders across all parts of our business. You’ll have: • Strong HubSpot knowledge including configuration • Experience in understanding how to build and maintain a robust system • Commercial acumen, understanding the needs of our clients • A strong attention to detail
