I have been working on a comic for around a year now. I had my friend draw some of the basic pages already and I need them re drawn with more detail and more of the art style I am aiming for.
Firstly the comic and the basic story (I will go into more details later) - The story focus on an alternative future where Wales, Scotland and Ireland (including Northern Ireland) have become indent from the uk. The uk is now split in half with the north and south at a constant war. The north ruled by parliament and the south by the crown/royal family (Like another civil war). We focus on Eric who works within the parliament of traitors in the south of the country. In the south of the country the head of government goes back to the royal family and this part of the country becomes a mass up of nazi/Uk rule, fashion, secret police and laws with the royal family in charge. Eric discovers a young girl in his attic who is black and because of the race discrimination in this part of the country she will be killed. Eric has known for years that the crown and this new government have been a dictatorship who will eventually take everyone out and kill them for propaganda to be used to enslave new citizens (Example - North Korea). Eric vows to help the girl get to Scotland and out of the Uk and this war altogether. They travel cross the country and see both sides fighting and these ideals which hold the uk in a constant war. Image a far right and far left government fighting for control.
As George Orwell once said "In our world there will be no emotions except fear, rage, triumph, and self-abasement. The sex instinct will be eradicated. We shall abolish the orgsama. There will be no loyalty except loyalty only to the party. But always there will the intoxication of power. Always at every moment there will be the thrill of victory, the sensation of trampling on enemy who is helpless. If you want a picture of the future. Imagine a boot stamping on a human face...forever. The moral, to be drawn from this dangerous nightmare station is a simple one...Don't let it happen. It depends on you" This is where the future has gone in this comic. Because we let it happen.
Art style - Example for what art style I am looking are like The Walking Dead comics and The cCow. Black and white and dark.
Cost - As the pages have already been drawn out and are laid out I will be able to agree on a price per page. I get paid weekly so one page or two per week. I am looking for around £50 to £75 per page depending. But we can go through this more through email and zoom.
Overall goals - I want to submit this comic to Image comics. Meaning I will need you on my team and will be mentioned within my pitch to Image. You will be credited as the artist and myself as the writer. You will be working on 9 issues around 30 pages. But for now I need some preview pages drawn for the pitch.
Notes - I give creative freedom to my artist. My real only rule is no sexualisation of women. I don't want some big tit woman who is barley wearing a thing. This world will kill you. You will die and not wearing any clothes will basically make zero sense.

I don't really do hourly rate I prefer to pay for the pages and art. But we can discuss this.
