would you be able to turn a script into a video, so use stock footage or photos ( try more stock footage) to create videos around my script / story line?
I have a script writer who has created me real life storylines which has been sent to my narrator. You will have to edit videos around my audio file, so if it says she got on the bus, stock footage of someone getting on a bus. or if you cant find use photos but the more stock video footage the better the video will be.
I need this to be done on a tight budget so give me price for 4 minute video & 8 minute video please I will attach a script for an example

Bamise (Oluwabamise) Toyosi Ayanwole was a 22-year-old Nigerian woman. She was last seen on February 26, 2022, after leaving work at the Ajah area of Lagos State. She boarded the BRT (Bus Rapid Transit System) at Chevron, Lekki, with the intention of visiting her older brother's family for the weekend. The driver of the bus flirted with her and told her to sit at the back, and when she got on the bus, she noticed that it was dark and that at least two other male passengers had entered the bus afterwards. She immediately sent voice notes to a friend expressing her concerns, and also recorded video of the bus's interior with the bus's plate number. The friend advised her to get off at the next stop, but she never made it there. After several failed attempts to contact her, the last known sound was of her struggling with an unidentified man.
