You will be instrumental in telling the brand’s narrative through motion and animation across social, digital and email platforms.
You share ideas, technologies, trends and forecasts and help to elevate the brands that we work with to the next level, bringing assets to ‘life’ digitally, while making them engaging across all touch points.
You will create full 2D animations and add animation to digital media, working from concept to storyboarding to completion.
You will be working on things such as: · Creating animations for creative campaigns · Adding animation to film · Title slides · Animating logos · Overlays · Templates · Sound design · Storyboards · Scripts · Postproduction
The Motion Graphic Designer must be / have: Expert in After Effects across a range of styles including illustrative, character, typographic and shape animation.
Requirements: • Photoshop • Illustrator • After Effects • Premiere Pro
You will be a skilled graphic motion designer who also understands and is passionate about branding and implementing the brand identity across all business channels to include print, stores, digital, social, advertising and local marketing.
- Generating original design concepts from mood board to final design, you translate complex requirements into simple, brand-appropriate and engaging customer communications.
- Implementing the brand identity, creating brand static and animated digital assets, concepts and layouts for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials and emails.
- Designing and delivering print ready artwork from billboard campaigns, POS store activations or branded materials.
- Designing 2D renders and mockups to help sell concepts and ideas into clients (pitch decks). - Undertaking image manipulation, from moderate retouching to re-sizing and cropping.
- Providing brand identity assets such as, brand guidelines, logos, social media templates, powerpoint (brochure) templates and videos etc.
You should have an eye for image sourcing and choosing the right image for various projects.
About You: · A keen eye for brand development with an overall passion for video content. Confident in idea conceptualisation, design, development and realisation.
· Up to date on latest motion and design trends with an arsenal of references, with a keen interest in new approaches, platforms and technologies.
· Positive, enthusiastic attitude and collaborative approach to creative brainstorming, with strong work ethics, and the ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality or creativity.
· A passion for branding, motion graphics and all things design
· An organised creative designer, with strong project planning skills. You must be able to work across multiple projects at the same time, delivery excellent work while being very clear on project deliverables for each project.
