Your new role will begin with a tailored training programme
The Role *The objective of the role is to book in as many viewing appointments as possible for our on the ground sales team, this will consist of *Calling estate agents and homeowners based in the UK and offering them our companies rental/management services *Organising viewing appointments for our sales team to attend properties *Following up on leads to get viewings organised
Working Hours *Monday - Friday *9.00 - 15.00
Place of work *Remote - The candidate will be able to work from their home address or where they see fit to achieve the best results for this role
Candidate should have the following qualities: *Basic knowledge of the UK property market *Very good english *Very well spoken *Good phone manners *Motivated to earn good commission *Ready to learn new skills *Calm and Professional working manner *Excellent organisation and time management skills *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) *Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team *Able to remain calm under pressure *Able to work independently
Package *£500.00 per months basic salary *£75.00 for every appointment booked in *Targeted viewings per month : 35 *OTE - £37,500.00pa
