Hi, I manage a small HR consultancy business and I need a prospective client letter which I can send to new customer leads to promote my business and the services we provide. I need a short business summary (background, experience, staff, services on offer etc), why outsource to us, plus 2 x fee sections, that I can swap in or out as needed - 1 x providing detail of our costs and 1 x gives a general overview and/or a call to action to contact us for more info. This would probably be similar to the type of content you would see on a small businesses landing page on their website. Initially I would need a fairly concise document of no more than 2 A4 pages - even shorter if its possible to squeeze all the info into a shorter document. I also hope to find a writer I can develop a relationship with for future projects including web content creation/ marketing etc as my business continues to grow.
