Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for someone who preferably has some experience in the healthcare sector and can demonstrate projects they’ve worked on with other healthcare sector clients. We need to target HR managers/matrons/procurement/decision makers in the NHS as well as care home managers/owners in the UK. We are a recruitment agency who specialise in recruiting international nurses and care assistants from overseas and placing in the NHS and care homes. We have a strong candidate base but we need to shift our focus and attract HR managers and decision makers within the NHS. We need for them to trust our brand, be aware of our competitive advantage and have the confidence to contract with us. We know that our target audience is particularly active within Linkedin and Twitter and so we want to reach out to as many NHS HR advisors/matrons as possible with paid video content/advertising, the aim being to drive them to contact us via a specific landing page. We need someone with a broad understanding of the NHS and the challenges they face regarding the shortages in nursing staff. By the middle of this year there was a short fall in nurses resulting in 39,000 vacant posts. The government has committed to halve this rate by 2028. Overseas recruitment, while not the only lever, will have to play a major role if these shortfalls are to be addressed and the ambitions of an additional 50,000 nurses by 2025 be met. We need to achieve maximum results quickly outperforming our main competitors. We are currently in the process of launching a new site which will go live soon.
