Hi, I’ve just launched my new social media business (selling hiking clothes through social media) and I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me run it. For the time being I need someone who is available for about 3 hours a week, but that’s expected to increase as the business launches fully (I’m in the pre launch phase at the moment).
I would need the candidates to be proficient in:
- English - I need someone who’s got good grammar, knows how to write, is able to write articles from scratch, but also how to reword badly written articles or make them more interesting - Good email communication with clients suppliers and brands - Having marketing background - Shopyfy - my website is created here, but it still requires a lot of building/changing so I need someone who already created a website from scratch and knows how to do it - Wordpress - my second website is created via Wordpress. I will need someone who is able to add/delete pages, add/delete links, ament the structure, amend social media, etc - Be familiar with bluehost or other website hosting platform - Facebook - must know how to create an add, schedule posts, create events
On top of that, it would be nice if you were proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Meetup, Photoshop, Lightroom, Trello and Canva. These are programs I may need you to use but these are not showstoppers as they’re easy to learn or they won’t be used too often. And it’s a plus if you’re into photography, hiking and fashion as this is the basis for my business.
