No design is needed. Pre-designed Wordpress themes will be used for landing page + one for blog page.
Build a Wordpress website for a magazine/blog using a chosen theme with plug ins.
Content will be automatically aggregated from multiple RSS feeds.
User feedback plugin installation(recommend - intercom or equivalent- a user friendly Wordpress plugin that does this on its own).
Site to remain private prior to going public.
The landing page would explain what the startup is all about for a proof of concept.
The landing page would include a demo video and/or wireframe of how the app would work (done by a third party).
The Wordpress site would also include a Blog page that is receiving news/articles/social media and videos feeds from a content manager (Inoreader).
The blog would be set up to receive the RSS feed and integrate with the Inoreader source data base feeds and would allow the viewer on the webpage to filter the feeds and select what to view/read as based on their choice/and categories - in other words making the feeds semi-dynamic to search and / or filter for noise (rules) / and /or match keywords, so that we simulate the idea of customization of feeds from the end user side (curated on demand) to match their likes as close as possible from the current feeds (prior to actually building the AI managed App at a later stage).
The Blog design should allow future additions of additional categories and be scalable, and customizable from the user end to display what user wants to read.
Feedback comments on the blog need to be received as inputs from the community on how to improve and iterate through the plug in.
The landing page should also include:
-a call to action to sign up interests for app once developed
-should also link up to an mail system like Mailchimp plug in (that needs to be integrated) for newsletters and follow ups and subscribe/unsubscribe community feedback
-include google analytics
-SEO
Developer Must have:
-Wordpress experience
-RSS experience IFFFT/ WP aggregator RSS/
-RSS integration with Wordpress
-knowledge of Inoreader / Newsblur and/or other news/feed managers
-knowledge of mail chimp
-skills as per list below
-delivery not to exceed 2 weeks
-deliverables : completed website as per above (remain private not public until launch date is decided) integrated with the Inoreader database feed + plug ins
-hosting (bluehost or equivalent)
-SEO (optimized for top ranking)
