About you: Our team is expanding and as such, we’re looking for you, our Business Analyst with a solid grasp in understanding business requirements, documenting those, and assisting the Business Solutions Architect in implementing the best solution for our customers, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Ideally, you are flexible with your time, self-employed, and can work on an ad-hoc basis, as needed, during UK business hours. You have a big appetite for growing customer base, understanding business, and people requirements, and you are able to put those into solutions that help them. The role is fully remote! About the role: As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as a conduit between the software, product, sales, and client delivery teams; driving feature requests and transforming these into user stories with achievable acceptance criteria. You'll gather requirements from stakeholders via requirements gathering and processes modeling workshops; conduct requirements analysis and verification; develop use case scenarios and process flow diagrams; participate in peer reviews and help create prototypes and wireframes to assist with the development of software solutions. You will also help support the test strategy and plan to ensure appropriate and efficient coverage as well as manage the user acceptance criteria and testing efforts.
Goals as an MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst will be:
Initially, review our internal processes to develop business solutions, suggest improvements Audit and recommend improvements for our own Dynamics 365 Work together with the Business Solutions Architect in analyzing client requirements and document those into specific solution blueprints for the developers to follow and execute Later on, after the trial basis, act as a bridge between client business problems and tech solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science. • Proven experience in the area of backend development. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Good problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail. • Team player.
