The purpose of this is for vendors to add rss feeds of products that are auto-tweeted on their twitter account.
I think cannatweet . com is on ubuntu on linode. Db and ssh access will be provided. You might have to figure out/install an email solution.
For each vendor on cannatweet admin : 123456 testvendor : 123456, have a tweet link on the left panel where:
vendor can +add an rss feed, edit a rss feed OR they can add edit a twitter
handle
Screen shows all the current rss feeds in a chart.
Screen shows status of RSS feeds in a chart, shows status: error, paused, stopped and they can start and stop it (maybe play button and then pause button, if playing then show pause button, if paused then show play button).
If error then it shows the last error and makes a suggestion. Error info in red. Red is also emailed.
Each rss item on edit or add:
User enters rss feed ex: https://biggreenexchange.com/?v=rss&feed=last&lang=en_US
Select twitter handle to use for tweeting; dropdown; dropdown includes add twitter handle. Takes you to add twitter handle auth etc.
PREFIXES: Ability to create a list of phrases like “California Only!” or “Great deals everyday!” that are PREFIXES to the tweets, separated by commas
Same with Suffixes
Create a list of #hashtags for additional suffixes, enter in one line, separated by commas.
Enter how many tweets per hour. 0 for one immediately and then goes to pause. If user plays a zero rss feed then it asks for how many tweets per hour.
On error, email the entered email; if blank no email.
Enter link to public google doc sheet or csv that has many twitter users on it.
Once saved, you can click on the link to go to the drive doc to make sure it’s available.
Backend, it tweets from the rss feed with random prefix and suffix on the twitter account every whenever, @3randomusers that are on the twitter list/csv/googledrive.
