Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks What We Are Looking For:
- A consumer tech writer who is passionate about writing smart home technology and home security tips, ideas, and products. - You will take your own experience using home related tech gadgets and turn them into educational articles that will teach readers how to accomplish something (e.g. DIY a home security system) or think about something in a new way (like the spirit of DIY). - You should have an understanding of what is interesting, educational, and noteworthy to people who may need our products (e.g. renters, home owners or tech lovers) - You should be able to take a complex topic and turn it into an easy, clear, and accessible article. Since our mission is to make smart home technology accessible, your goal is to create content that can also appeal to the general public or help solve their daily problems.

The company is reshaping the smart home market with its continuous development of the latest IoT technologies.

- First hand experience reviewing/testing out all kinds of tech products. - Previous samples of writing in smart home technology or tech gadgets in general. - **Experience with basic search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing practices. (we’ll have instructions for you to follow)
How Does It Work:
For the initial project, we’re looking at about 5-10 articles. Each article will be about 1000-1500 words. To start, we'll work on an article-by-article basis. If we're both satisfied with the work process, we could make it a long-term project with up to 1-2 articles per week.
