This is my main business. Claiming back peoples lost pensions from bad advice All my income is from legacy deals I have put through over the last few years.
Bad news. Loopholes have been closed and this sector is winding down.
However good news. There are hundreds of thousands of potential claims for people who have moved pensions from company pension schemes and lost their money or they were just not suitable for the advice given. These claims are hard to find as people aren’t aware they have lost out yet.

2 parts to this business. This is my new project and far from certain of any success. It’s B2B and GDPR does not come into play. The hard part is to get peoples attention.
1. Business energy claims.
I currently have a person building a linked in page for B2B contacts and marketing on there for leads and also he is doing a facebook campaign for me. He talks about a sales funnel and seems to know his stuff. He talk a good game
His other idea is to source people who have left reviews on sites. Then track the companies down and pitch to them. It actually sounds plausible.
I also have business data I send direct emails to. You need an unsubscribe link to make it GDPR compliant
