Expected duration: More than 6 months About the Role We are in need of a Full-Time Facebook Ads Manager. Currently, we are spending an average of $50,000/month on google ads. We are working to scale our monthly spend on Facebook to $50,000+ over the next few months (and hopefully beyond that).
App install ads are our current primary offer, but we also have 15 other more traditional web-based offers. We grew our business through affiliates promoting our programs through the years and only started to push in a big way into paid media about a year ago, so we still have a lot of room for growth!
This role will…
Work on our Facebook ads full-time. We have a number of team members who will support you in this role, including a graphic designer, videographer, and data analyst Be responsible for all aspects of Facebook Ads including set up Optimize all ads by consistently split testing copy, graphics, and videos Try out new and different audience targeting strategies Handle all special FB ads such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. Report, present, and make recommendations on results Setting up last chance ads that sink with automated funnels (with other team members) This role is part of our Marketing Team, working to:

1-3 years of experience in a data-driven marketing role where you were able to improve the bottom line Experience with large budgets and can do all aspects of Facebook Ads, from ad concept development to building ads, to optimizing and improving ads, to digging into the data Attention to detail and open communication with our team is a must. Experience with Google and YouTube ads is a plus Results and data-driven: technical and analytics skills necessary to monitor and identify campaign performance trends in data and generate reports, both verbally and in writing. Natural hustler - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and create urgency for both customers and team members; you want to learn faster ways to find the next winner! Analytical - you know how to create a hypothesis and design a test to prove a theory; you are skilled at mining data for insights and generating hypotheses for constant and fast iterative testing.
