Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for a social media assistant to post strategically regular news pieces from our website AND special posts to groups that will gain more readership. We post on twitter, linkedin, and Facebook with most readership coming from the latter two. We also need posts by our CEO to linkedin and linkedin groups on a weekly basis (3-5 times per week or less).
We need someone who is creative and interested in helping us forward our mission. We currently have someone who just posts to hootsuite on autopilot and our social media has made virtually no progress. We are willing to pay bonuses for progress!
We do have an audience not keen on social media so our posts should be much more strategic and support our "community." Understanding who we are, what we are trying to do, and who we "work" with is very important. We are a major player in a very important policy area in the U.S. We need someone willing to learn, who has new ideas, and will work to expand our messages.
There will be posting needed beyond "automated" apps. It would be great to have someone who learns about us, and gets acclimated, and then has new ideas for us to pursue.
