We are currently overhauling our website (rcem.ac.uk) and as part of that are going through a rebrand. The web developers have also been responsible for refreshing our logo as you’ll see in the attached Brand Evolution document.
We had originally intended to simply have basic brand guidelines developed (like the attached) and further develop them ourselves; empowering our staff to design and have input into some elements. You’ll see in the attached we had begun this process and developed some internal templates based on the guidelines. However, it has since been decided that we no longer want to take this approach and would rather commission a designer to develop these on mass.
What we would like is for these guidelines to be developed further (an example can be provided), along with refinement of some of the designed assets/templates. I’ve had a go at some of these myself, but we could do with them being tidied or redesigned by a professional design team (can provide these later). We need:
Agenda template Business card template Committee report template Report for Council template Expense claims form Minutes template Catering list Letterhead Presentation template x2 Press release template Process document template Sign in sheets x3
These are for Microsoft Office products (mostly Word)
We also need departmental logos designed along the lines of what is in the folder. Our departments are: Learning, Policy, Events, Quality, Exams, Training, Membership, and Global EM. In addition to these we will also need similar for RCEM Wales, RCEM Scotland and RCEM Northern Ireland.
We will also need potential example redesigns of some of our outputs (templates only – no need to replicate exact content). Examples can be found below.
Policy briefings and campaigns (see PDFs on the bottom of the page – we do not need all reproduced – just one example): https://www.rcem.ac.uk/RCEM/Quality_Policy/Policy/RCEM_CARES/RCEM/Quality-Policy/Policy/RCEM_CARES.aspx?RCEM%20CARES
