I'm looking for an experienced copywriter who can help us (on an ongoing basis) to repurpose existing content (articles, event recordings/transcripts etc) into social media posts (LinkedIn and Twitter to begin).
The challenge we have is that we have lots of amazing content in our library, but most of it gets little to no promotion across our social channels because we lack variety in social updates.
For each piece of existing content, you will use our framework and guidelines to produce engaging social posts.
What is produced would depend on the type of content being repurposed. We will need a selection of specific updates for article content, event recording/transcription, webinar recording/transcription etc.
For example, we may need a selection of Tweets that talk about the key points from an article. Or, a LinkedIn Update talks about 3 interesting points made from a recent Panel event.
Lot's of the thinking behind the approach is done, we just need someone who can run with it.
Ideally, you will have experience in both writing social updates for various platforms, and repurposing existing content into social updates (this isn't a requirement as the process is easily picked up).
It's also important to us that we have someone who is a stickler for detail, and can adapt to our tone (informative, friendly, conversational and warm, whilst maintaining a level of professionalism and authoritativeness).
We can work on a per-project basis, or an hourly basis provided we build an understanding of roughly how long certain work takes.
