Hi, We have an existing (legacy) self-service payment application (Android & iOS) that needs to be reviewed and redesigned into a better UX flows & improve its existing customer engagement.
Currently, this mobile only application is being used for Banking, integrating Payment service provider, e-Commerce etc with an option to use multiple payment methods. The prerequisite of this project to deliver a user-centric, flexible and scalable design that solves both working developers and end-customer's problem at the same time.
We are looking for an expert talent who has previous experience in working in similar projects and flexible to work in a tight deadline to deliver a quality outputs.

Few key expectations: - Design 5-7 screens as a pre-hiring task. - User flow needs to be prepared following design thinking methodology - Freelancer needs to be flexible with multiple iterations & changes - Freelancer may needs to attend multiple internal meetings to deliver the project - Instead of a cover letter, Freelancer needs to submit a project proposal by elaborating the methodology to used in the design, before the final selection. - Person with previous service design experience will be given preference. - Wireframe needs to be tested i.e. One click tests, with real users using a proven online UI testing tool i.e. Maze, before developing the final UI designs.
