We are an eCommerce group selling joint pain and health products with a team of 15 based worldwide. You'll be joining a talented and driven team of media buyers, designers, developers, and copywriters.

> Full marketing team of experienced copywriters, video editors, designers and developers and a culture of aggressive AB testing in the company.
> No budgetary restrictions provided you can hit our target CPAs/ROAS goals (typically equating to 20-30% gross margin).
> Performance incentive - as well as a retainer or base salary, all our media buyers are performance incentivized with a % of profit-driven (or comparable structure).
> Potential for a full-time position - we’re happy with a talented freelancer provided you’ve got plenty of time to manage our accounts and increasing offers. For the right person, we’re also able to offer a full-time role with competitive compensation and vacation allowance.
What we’re looking for in you:
> 3+ years of Facebook experience scaling multiple offers to over $500k in monthly spend.
> Take full ownership of our Facebook channel - you’ll proactively take responsibility for getting the video assets and pages that you need to scale from our talented team.
> Excellent numerical ability and an obsession with data - you routinely love to dig into data, spreadsheets and pull it all together to figure out the opportunities to scale and increase margin.
> Logical thinker with the creativity to get our ads and funnels to convert - we have a great copy and video team but you need to be experienced at iterating your way to success by suggesting ad, copy and funnel tweaks.
