I am moving to SEO. However, the performance of my website is not very good. The GTmetrix for the website is low.
I would like someone with experience in php to make a website that is efficient, high on performance or gtmetrix, is user friendly for adding new content, to be ready for SEO.
I may pay for any additional cost, such as theme etc. The goal is to start SEO once the website is completed.
The project shall have a deadline and penalties for delay or poor work. I may give a couple chances, at most.

I will need a few reliable references and examples of your work. I may have some forms on the website too, to be filled by clients. Making it easy for the end user to add contents, to make easy for seo work.
If you have made websites for other law firms, that’s an asset. An expert in both websites development and seo would be another asset.
