Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Hi there, I need to develop a tool that helps my customers understand what their problem is... what they need to do about it, and then ultimately giving them the option to submit a form to report the problem.
The closest example I have is this from Thames Water https://www.thameswater.co.uk/help/report-a-problem
So it would include the ability to look up whether an incident is in the area, whether they are a customer or not, then go through a series of yes/no/other questions to determine what the problem is. Then they'd either be shown some content to divert them to a solution, or asked to contact us via a form.
The functionality will need to be updatable... so Ideally I'm looking for either a platform that can deliver this, or a CMS which can be used to deliver it.
Please provide an estimate that includes - UX development, content writing for 5 journeys (similar to Thames Water) and development of the tool/platform/website.
