Expected duration: Ongoing We design and deliver training and use survey monkey to measure the impact of the solutions we deliver for different clients. I am conscious that the reports we generate are not as strong as they could be and our account is in a bit of a mess. (I might even suggest we start afresh with a new account! So if you have a suggested alternative to Survey Monkey, happy to hear about that.) There is currently no one in the organisation with the time to create fixed templates, train the team to get the best from their surveys and ensure the reports are generating the data we need.
I am looking for someone with extensive experience using all features of Survey Monkey to : - Set up from scratch approx 10 surveys (from questions we will provide in a word document) in a way we can re-use for different clients - Set them up in a way that will help us to collect the data we want to get from each one - Be on hand to create new surveys in future and generate reports for us to save us time - Manage our Survey Monkey account and keep it tidy!
P.S. The PPH platform forces me to pick a budget. I have no idea how much a 'specialist' will charge please let me know how much you would charge (fixed price) for the up front work and then cost per hour for support thereafter.
