Expected duration: More than 6 months We are a fast-growing Shopify ecommerce agency based in Dublin, Ireland. We help grow sustainable (eco-friendly) ecommerce brands on Shopify. We provide Shopify website design and development services, as well as digital marketing services (Klaviyo email marketing, Google Ads, and soon: Facebook Ads and SEO).
You will report directly to the Director of the company who is based in Boston, MA in the United States.
We're looking for a Project Manager to manage our client projects and coordinate the work getting done by our team members.

Mandatory Requirements
- Immediate start - Fluent/Native English speaker - EST/GMT timezone - Available Monday to Friday - 30+ hours of availability per week - We'll start you on 20 hours per week - 4 week trial period - Project Management experience - Experience managing multiple team members - Experience managing multiple clients - Knowledge of ecommerce - Knowledge of how to use Shopify - Knowledge of how to use Klaviyo - Knowledge of how to use Google Analytics - Coachable - You must be willing to take on advice - Fast learner and willingness to learn - Everybody makes mistakes. But we do not tolerate making the same mistakes more than once. When you make a mistake and we explain to you the correct way of doing something, we expect you to take the feedback onboard and apply it going forward - Deadline-driven - Punctual - Show up on time to meetings - You will track your time on Toggl - Even though you're starting out Upwork, we require that you track your time via Toggl. This helps us understand how much time we spend working on each client's project

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing clients
**Goal**: maintain 90+% client retention rate
- Being the primary point of contact for our clients - Creating and updating client projects on Notion - Receiving and replying to emails and Notion updates from clients - Updating clients on completed tasks via Notion and Gmail - Recording Loom videos, where necessary, to provide updates for complex tasks - Organising and leading 1:1 fortnightly check-in calls with clients - Recording meeting notes for all meetings
Managing team members
**Goal**: maintain 90+% team satisfaction rate (score based on anonymous surveys every month)
- Acting as the go-between team members and clients - Receiving and replying to Notion updates, Slack messages, and emails from team members - Recording Loom videos, where necessary, teaching team members how to do things - Updating our task documentation for internal and client-facing task documents on Notion - Managing workload for team members - Being realistic in task assignment - Prioritising tasks for team members and holding them accountability to deadlines - Organising and leading 1:1 check-in calls with team members - Two to three times per week - Recording meeting notes for all meetings
