Example: - We are working on ten different projects. We want to ask our staff to complete the % of their time they have spent on each project each month. We want all staff to be able to easily submit this information and for it to be automatically compiled in a report that looks similar to the one attached (see "End Result.xls") - All staff members should be able to submit their answers individually (e.g. via email or onedrive or some other Microsoft 365 application (e.g. Onedrive forms / Excel form?) - Once submitted, all answers should be automatically compiled in a single file (ideally, an Excel spreadsheet - see "End Result.xls example attached), which should only be available to management (i.e. not all staff). All answers should sum to 100% (i.e. if they don't, the staff member shouldn't be able to submit their answers until everything sums to 100%) An administrator should be able to add/remove the Employee Names and the Projects that are included in each survey and which month the survey relates to.
Our team uses MS Teams, OneDrive, Outlook etc. I'm sure we already have an app that can perform this functionality, but we don't have time to learn it - we just need somebody to setup a template that we can easily use each month and administrate going forward.
