Generate correctly sized apps from existing Flash CC versions, and update to Adobe Animate
and create current Adobe AIR apps. For both Mac and Windows 10. Also I would like to include AIR within the app so that there is no need to download and install it every time I move to new machine.
Requirements:
There are four pieces of art that require minor updates and re publishing to latest AIR versions. These apps are currently mostly working fine, they need to be re scaled and updated, to the latest AIR / Animate versions.

RSS feed from the BBC drives the artwork, every three minutes news are updated and artwork is auto refreshed. Tree in foreground tracks stock market from a separate RSS feed, green is up , red is down , neutral is even or market closed (this feature only is not working right now)

Apps are currently 1400 by 900, they need to be 1920 by 1080, I can provide new correctly sized media or you can scale /stretch on new apps created by you.
* From Flash CC, be able to generate an AIR installer file that runs via Harman AIR (Latest) on Windows & Mac OS (latest).
* The application already exists in Adobe Flash CC format and is written in ActionScript3 and YAML.
* Also, please advise if you are capable of generating an AIR installer that runs via Harman AIR (latest) on both Windows & Mac OS (latest) from an existing AS3/Flash CC project version.
