As a business owner, I deal with clients every 5 days a week which requires lots of in-person meetings. In light of things, the pandemic has shifted the nature of our work place, and this is why I’m looking for a reliable and efficient sales/marketing personnel who is in sync with state of the art workplace technologies like Microsoft team, zoom, excel and others. Also a knowledge in finance is a plus but not a necessity. Duties would include; Assisting with office's daily marketing and sales needs virtually , such as creating and implementing marketing strategies, receiving and sending correspondence, curating schedules, maintaining files, and Acting as first point of contact to clients, if needed. The ideal candidate must know how to keep him/herself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list, you would have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks which means a strong decision making skills is required, Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and writing are essential to my ideal marketing personnel, who must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more. The duration of this job is 3-4 weeks. Also there’s an open opportunity for a long term working relationship based on candidates efficiency and effectiveness.
