o Video partner is BitCentral, we are responsible for managing this partnership. Live newscasts are streamed on-site via Livestream
o App partner is Naviga
o Site is build on Wordpress 5 and hosted on Pantheon. Pantheon manages load times and scales up as needed. They are not responsible for any increased load times caused by new code.
o We support Wordpress upgrades, plug-in upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes to the system. There is a test environment. All changes are made in test, tested by the dev team, tested by the client editorial team, and then release to production. We strive to do releases every two weeks, but there are times when hot fixes are needed due to business requirements.
o Project Management is handled by Smart 1 Marketing. There is a Senior Developer that will assist with training.

• Support all enhancements, system maintenance, bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, test, upgrade, deploy software during regular release cycles following Agile methodology
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to estimate time to complete assigned tasks and manage to a set number of support hours per month
• Capable of researching new partners
• Capable of offering of options to resolve new business needs
• Experience working on both the back-end and front-end systems understanding user experience and functionality
• Responsible for the design and creation of scalable software and writing clean, functional code
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases
• Write effective API’s
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features with a mobile responsive design
Skillset Requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with Word Press 5+ knowledge and experience.

• Experience with PHP 7 and building/maintaining custom plugins.
