We seek to employ a full-time CUSTOMER SUPPORT / ACCOUNT MANAGER.
Your Role: You’ll be the direct link between our company and its global customer base, responsible for providing pre-sale information about our products & services to leads, onboard trial users, providing comprehensive technical support and nurturing for our paying customers, all via phone, email, or live chat.
Your Responsibilities: To fully understand all aspects of our products and services, so you can provide excellent support and customer care services to our customers; Handling all general, technical, and billing requests via phone, emails and live chat; Understanding each customer's needs and guiding them to the appropriate products and services; Following up on existing inquiries, while aiming to achieve higher customer satisfaction and conversion rate; Cold calling hot leads and customers that are slipping away and convincing them to subscribe to our products and services or to stay with us for a longer period;
* Our Requirements: * Fluent in both spoken and written English; * Excellent communication skills and ability to explain software functionality in a simple way that everyone understands; * Ability to write how-to guides; * Excellent computer literacy including Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Web; * Professional and positive attitude and strong attention to detail; * Previous experience in a support center environment servicing English speaking clients; * Able to work 9am-6pm EST;
Bonus Requirements: * Basic Linux knowledge and understanding of HTML * Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networking & DNS * Basic understanding knowledge of video formats, codecs, CMS platforms like WordPress, CRM solutions like Intercom, * Social Networks and Google Analytics;
