Description:	I currently have an extensive video production agreement contract that I imagine has a lot of cross-over and covers a lot of bases. I've adapted it to the best of my ability to be fit for our new business model (social media marketing). I need a legal expert to go through the contract and adapt/add/remove elements suitable to the provision of social media management and advertising. We do also provide content creation (photo & video) so those elements still need to be covered. I also need it to include terms that cover me for web design, branding, and wider marketing as we sometimes white label these services. Finally, the agreement currently doesn't mention retainers as the production agreement originally was for one-off jobs. Therefore, I need a section detailing retainers: the agreed length, the terms of termination etc I am in the UK by the way. Thank you!
