Expected duration: More than 6 months Project Scope: Maintenance/Support of Company’s Existing Web Site Updating site for new releases of Joomla and template, PHP and auxiliary software used in the web site. Dealing with hosting-related issues, including trouble shooting/fixing issues, backing up & maintaining back-up copies of site, & restorations of site when needed. Revising site for content changes & corrections, modifying SEO parameters, creating/adding new pages, & removing pages.
Project Execution ‒ Monthly Per Hour Project for 12 months from commencement of Project. ‒ Estimate 0.5 - 2.0 hours per month of Freelancer time required for maintenance/support work; time required for site revisions depends on scope of approved revision work to be completed in a month. ‒ At beginning of each month, Company & Freelancer will agree on expected hours needed for the month. ‒ Freelancer invoices to be paid by credit card through People Per Hour system.
Project Admin/Management ‒ All activities directed by contracting Company through its primary contact. ‒ Drafts of revised/new content (text, images, photos) to be provided by Company. ‒ Company is located in the central time zone, USA. Freelancer requirements: ‒ Work remotely as independent contractor; must sign Company’s NDA. ‒ Minimum of 3 years working with Joomla. (Site maintenance & development). ‒ Fluent in English. USA based preferred. Project Renewal: ‒ Expect Project as defined to be renewed by Company for follow-on 12-month periods.
