• Support the Marketing Head with day to day activities and coordination for a number of client accounts • Plan, organize, execute, and assist with scheduling (client meetings, follow ups, reviews, and planning sessions etc.) • Manage shared folders to ensure that all marketing documents (running & archived) are up to date and folders clearly categorized • Track marketing department budget and raise invoices and enter expenses • Manage the planning and content publishing. Organize sessions with the Design and Digital resources to brainstorm and execute briefs. Coordinate closely with multiple team members and suppliers to ensure briefs are understood and are being delivered in a timely manner • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy for product launches, community growth activities and partnerships. • Create and manage social media ads and campaigns including planning, budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization for Facebook, Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. • Manage social media presence across all digital channels and define KPIs, analyze results, and report on performance on an ongoing basis to ensure campaigns are maximizing performance. • Maintain and update website to ensure that content is fresh, relevant and engaging. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.) to track site performance • Define and execute an experiment roadmap to improve brand engagement and deliver incremental revenue. Includes A/B testing and launching new channels / campaign types.
