We are a digital marketing agency and we also deliver websites in WordPress.
We have grown the number of clients we support over the past 12 months and need extra help. We would like to start with commissioning someone for 1 day per week to work on any support related queries. Anything from adding new pages, ReCapcha, dealing with any bugs, fixing things reported by the clients, testing, building forms, CSS changes, upgrading plugins, upgrading the WordPress core, etc.
The sites we build are only using WordPress so we are after someone with very good knowledge and experience in WordPress. We are based in the UK so ideally we want someone from the UK or at least working UK hours and available during Monday to Friday, with very good knowledge of English.
This is an opportunity to build a long term relationship and increasing the volume of work. Please only apply if you have the availability to do at least 1 day per week for us and can respond to queries quickly. You may need to do a few hours each day, not 1 solid day per week.
We use ClickUp to assign tasks so we will use that to communicate and set priorities.

Please note this is a website support task - NOT building sites from scratch so if you are a full-blown programmer that wants to work on big jobs, do not apply. We have an in-house developer and we need an extra pair of hands to help with the extra workload.
You need to be a team player, responsive and with a good attention to detail. You should test your own work and bug fix, not rely on others to check your work all the time. As we are all working remotely, we will expect you to be able to communicate via Microsoft Teams, Zoom and phone when needed.
