Ignite Growth is a marketing agency that specialises in attracting patients for high-value healthcare and cosmetic treatments, through paid advertising.
We specialise mainly in Facebook & Instagram ads and are growing quickly, with over 100 clients across the UK currently - and a couple in Australia and the US.
We currently have 12 people on the team and we're looking to expand the team, the services we offer and the niches we serve (we are currently heavily focused on dental, cosmetic and aesthetics).
We are firm believers of a value-first approach to marketing our own business. Give people value unconditionally, plant lots of seeds and when they are ready to buy, they will come.
It has worked really well for us so far and therefore we are looking to double-down on this strategy by bringing on board a kick-ass content marketer / marketing manager to help us scale.
Ideally, you:
- Eat Neil Patel, Hubspot and Ryan Deiss-style content for breakfast - Are passionate about all things marketing for local businesses - Get excited about the idea of helping our clients get BIG, transformational results - Understand lead generation, lead nurturing and lead qualifying Intimately understand the relationship between sales & marketing - Have a good understanding of how different marketing channels can be used for small, local businesses - like Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO, organic social media, etc. - Have a knack for writing actionable, magnetising copy and making complex things simple - Have experience in healthcare (not essential) or interested in it - Are comfortable with technology and love automation more than life itself - Organised, structured and comfortable working to deadlines - Comfortable working remotely and independently, with access to a kick-ass team - Experienced working with third parties like designers, copywriters, video editors etc. - Are great at researching blind spots in your knowledge and hungry to constantly learn more - Believe value-first is the best way to grow a business, attract customers that pay a premium and create evangelists! - Are resourceful and love repurposing content and creating micro-content - Bonus - you are fascinated by behavioral economics, consumer behaviour and you read sales, marketing, influence and persuasion books on holiday.
The role will involve:
- Creating and executing a content marketing strategy for Ignite Growth to help generate leads and sales calls for our team - we are looking to double in six months - Taking ownership of our website (we're launching a new one soon don't worry!), blog, social media channels, case studies etc. - Crafting incredible client-attracting content like long-form articles, how-to-guides, videos, lead magnets, case studies and repurposing these into micro-content - maximising the value from each piece - Taking charge of our email marketing to prospects and existing clients - including identifying existing upsell opportunities - Analysing our data and analytics to assess what our audience is engaging with the most and which content is driving the largest number of leads and sales calls - Conducting in-depth research into specific topics and crafting content around this - Liaising with our internal team and external suppliers to fulfil our content marketing strategy - Manage our marketing budget to amplify content across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube as required - Creating and maintaining a content calendar and project managing content creation to deadlines - Interfacing with our sales team and CRM so we can attribute customer conversions back to the marketing - In future, hiring and managing a team of marketing-specific roles - e.g. designer, copywriter, video editor etc.

The role is remote or it can be London-based - location is secondary as we are looking for the right skillset and cultural fit.
