We are looking for someone who has attention to detail and marketing interests, who also has dreams of long term growth within the marketing sector. This is a remote, work-from-home position.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations
Role
This is a broad marketing role involving the planning and delivery of online content for the agency and it’s clients. Some of your duties will include content creation, blog writing, website maintenance, mailing list, and more.
Responsibilities
Posting to social channels, including Instagram (feed and stories), Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Scheduling posts and selecting photos to go with them for our account and clients Creating content (including blogs, social media copy and graphics) Responding to social media direct messages. Tracking metrics: social channel follows/likes, newsletter open rates, conversion metrics of newsletters, tracking customer journey/conversions.. Researching and understanding our clients' position in the market. Proactively studying online marketing strategies and keeping up with the shifts in this space.
Requirements
High attention to detail and ability to stay highly organized. Process driven with the ability to help create functional processes that our team can use Knowledge in marketing and social media marketing. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload of self. Critical thinking, analytical, & problem solving skills. Computer proficiency and tech skills preferred include but not limited to: Canva, Squarespace, Dubsado, Google documents & GSuite, Notion, Facebook, Loom, Slack. Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Operate in a fast moving environment and adhere to deadlines while producing high quality work each and every time. Passion for working with others (being collaborative) Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact project progress or outcomes.
