Expected duration: less than 1 week I run a firm of UK accountants and I am trying to have a job management system developed that will help us track jobs better and report accordingly.
I attach a simple/basic system (very draft).
So the idea with this would be to add clients to the HOME tab. Tick or say "yes" to the services we will do for that client. Perhaps if we tick or say yes it will then ask us the first/next period that we will be doing for that job/task and how often it recurs and that starts the process on tabs 3 onwards.
Tab 2 would need to show some reporting - overdue tasks, deadlines for the week/month/quarter ahead, etc.
Plus anything else you can add. We maybe need an adhoc job tab too. For those one off jobs.
