Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We need a social media manager to boost engagement and drive sales on both our Facebook and Instagram platforms. We are a new start-up and in an industry where Google ad-words don’t matter and all sales are driven through Facebook and Instagram. Video is key and will be the basis for most growth. Our industry is primarily ladies fashion, cosmetics, skin care, mother & baby etc
What we need:
• develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement • manage our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram • plan daily content (mon-fri) • develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand • create engaging multimedia content • organically help grow likes & followers through targeted terms & hashtags • putting in place outreach to increase interaction/engagement with like-minded individuals • engagement is crucial and extreme focus will be on this • provide 1 – 2 videos per week approx. 30 sec – 1min long explaining our product/service. The content of each video will be a collaboration between us and you.

• a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers • strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform • creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas • strong verbal communication skills • organisational skills • the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
We have begun posting to Facebook and Instagram and we are looking for someone to share and help to start spreading the word.
